Rules to follow

  1. Regular Attendance
    Ensure that your child attends school regularly and reaches on time.
  2. Punctuality
    Late coming disturbs the class. Kindly make sure your child follows the school timing strictly.
  3. Uniform & Grooming
    Send your child in proper school uniform with neat appearance every day.
  4. Communication with School
    Check the school diary regularly and respond to teachers’ remarks promptly.
  5. Healthy Environment at Home
    Encourage good habits, discipline, and respect for others at home.
  6. Homework & Studies
    Monitor your child’s homework and help them maintain a regular study routine.
  7. Avoid Unnecessary Leave
    Do not send your child on leave without a valid reason. Inform the school in case of absence.
  8. Respect School Rules
    Support the school policies and cooperate with the staff for your child’s better development.
  9. Participation in Meetings
    Attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to stay updated about your child’s progress.
  10. Healthy Food
    Send nutritious food in the tiffin. Avoid junk food.
  11. Safety & Discipline
    Teach your child to follow safety rules and maintain discipline inside and outside the school.
  12. No Mobile Phones or Gadgets
    Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones or electronic gadgets to school.
  13. Timely Fee Payment
    Pay school fees on time to avoid inconvenience.
  14. Polite Behaviour
    Maintain respectful and polite communication with school staff.
  15. Update Contact Details
    Inform the school immediately if there is any change in your address or phone number.

SPECIAL NOTE (JANUARY)

During the month of January, school timings will be followed as per the guidelines issued by the Administration.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  • Students must report to school 10 minutes before the school timing.
  • No provision for half-day leave is allowed.
  • Parents must inform the school in case of absence.
  • Regular attendance is mandatory.
  • School timings may be revised depending on weather conditions or administrative orders.

CONSENT FORM

PARENT / GUARDIAN CONSENT & UNDERTAKING

I, the Parent/Guardian of Master/Miss ________________, studying in Class ____ Section ____, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

a. Permission & Medical Consent

  • To participate in all school events, outdoor activities, excursions, educational tours, and co-curricular activities organized by the school during the academic session.
  • To receive first aid in case of minor injury. In case of any medical expense incurred outside the school premises, the same shall be borne by me/us.

b. Authority of the Principal

I understand and agree that the Principal of the school shall be the sole authority to take decisions regarding any disciplinary action concerning my ward, and such decisions shall be final and binding.

c. Disciplinary Rules

I acknowledge that the school reserves the right to suspend or expel my ward on the following grounds, without refund of any fees paid:

  1. Misbehavior or use of derogatory/obscene language towards teachers, staff, or fellow students in any form, including electronic media (internet, social media, SMS, etc.).
  2. Involvement in immoral or antisocial activities, fights, or misconduct inside or outside the school premises or while using school transport.
  3. Causing damage to school property including buildings, furniture, equipment, computers, transport, or laboratory instruments.
  4. Accessing or viewing inappropriate/obscene content on the internet or social media in the school premises.
  5. Bringing prohibited items such as mobile phones, headphones, MP3 players, pen drives, intoxicants, or weapons to school.
  6. Use of unfair means during tests or examinations.
  7. Non-payment of school fees or dues.

d. Immediate Withdrawal Responsibility

In case of any of the above situations, I/we agree to collect my/our ward immediately when informed. If not, the school may send the student home under staff supervision, and all related expenses will be borne by me/us.

e. Liability Clause

I understand that the school shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, or damage that may occur to my ward during school hours or while participating in academic, laboratory, sports, excursion, or co-curricular activities, including travel by school transport.

f. Attendance Requirement

I agree that a minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for my ward.

g. Transport Rule

I understand that two-wheelers are not allowed inside the school premises.
