The Academic Session is from 1st April to 31st March. Registration opens from the month of November each year. The registration form is to be filled and submitted in the office. An Online Registration form is also available on the school website (www.svsbalbhartischool.com). You can register your ward with a click of mouse. An Aptitude test is conducted followed by an interaction with the child and parents. Admission is granted on the basis of the child’s performance.
The Admission Form has to be duly filled with all entries and signatures. Test is conducted on stipulated dates under school norms.
Documents required at the time of admission:
3 Passport size photographs of the student.
2 Stamp size combined photographs of parents for parent authorization card.
Photocopy of the Father’s ID proof (Aadhaar card).
Photocopy of the Mother’s ID proof (Aadhaar card).
Photocopy of the Student’s ID proof (Aadhaar card).
Attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate by Municipal Corporation/Nagar Nigam.
For LKG to class X, original Transfer Certificate is compulsory of the previous school.
The last date of submitting TC is 15th April or within 15 Days from the date of seeking admission otherwise admission will automatically be considered as cancelled & fresh admission charge will have to be paid.
Photocopy of Report card of the previous class is to be submitted till 15th April or within 15 days of admission.
In case of ST/SC/OBC, photocopy of relevant certificate of Father/Student.
Online School Leaving Certificate.
Note:
In event of lapse in submission of proper documentation in the School Accounts Office by the given date, the admission will stand cancelled with immediate effect without any refund/defense.
Identity Card is a mandate and it will be issued to the students every year.
The decision of Management in all the admission related matters will be final.
Withdrawal:
For a child seeking withdrawal from the school after the completion of a session, an application for TC should reach the Principal’s Office before 28th February.
One month’s notice in writing or one month’s fee in lieu of such a notice must be given before the student is withdrawn.
Transfer Certificate will be issued only on the submission of an application to the effect and clearance of all dues payable to the school.
All school dues must be cleared for the Transfer Certificate to be granted.
